SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATE
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We provide Standard shipping costs. We ship to addresses within the India only.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped by Food pack India.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may choose to contact us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

We do not accept any returns of the sold Products.
Please Note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To exchange an item, please email our customer service at contact@foodpack.in for approval. After approval, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your exchange items and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your item. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
